About liza

Liza is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Enterprise Search and leads searches within Total Rewards (Compensation, Benefits, HR Systems and Operations) and across enterprise including C-Suite,  Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Communications, Finance, Operations, Legal, Retail, and others at the request of her clients.

Prior to launching Enterprise, Liza spent 9 years in executive search with NYC- and London-based search firms and has led searches from C-Suite to Analyst across industry and nation-wide for private equity backed, pre-IPO, family-owned, and Fortune 500 firms.  

Her early career included senior leadership positions within commerce where she held full P&L responsibility for multiple businesses. 

Liza was born and raised in Minneapolis, MN and graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a degree in Public Relations and Business. After 25 years in NYC, she’s migrated south to Miami and leads searches across the United States.
